Following Jesus is a seminar designed to help a person to examine eight key areas of the spiritual life. Each of the eight sessions contained within the book has:

• A summary of the talk for the week
• Discussion questions for the small groups
• Daily readings from Scripture and from some of the great spiritual masters including St Ignatius Loyola, Teresa of Avila, Terese of Lisieux, Francis de Sales.
• Space for notes or for keeping a spiritual journal during the seminar
